YMMV, of course. My new(-ish) notebook - a Compaq 8710w - has a built-in card reader for SD,MS/Pro,MMC & XD cards. None of the documentation even so much as mentions SDHC, so I was prepared for disappointment. But rather to my surprise it has no problems with the 8GB Transcend SDHC cards I use. I haven't actually done any serious speed tests; all I know is that it is a whole lot faster than the USB 1.0 interface I had on my old computer. -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
