Huh? My FourThirds SLR lens kit is comprised of four pro-grade Olympus
lenses and two Panasonic/Leica lenses. My FourThirds SLR bodies are
the Olympus E-1 and Panasonic L1. Everything interchanges and works
perfectly. Why is this bad?

With the E-1 (and E-3, which I don't own yet), I can even change the
direction of rotation of the focusing ring, if I prefer to turn it the
other way to go from close to far.

Methinks this concern over which way the zoom ring turns is a bit overmuch. :-)
