Another suggestion - probably better than the previous one. Exiftool can extract jpgs using the command line. Whether the PEF needs to be readable I don't know but I just used it to extract a jpg from one of my PEFs. The command I used was: exiftool IMGP0097.PEF -jpgfromraw -b > outputfile.jpg This produced the full sized jpg (other command line options can be used to extract the thumbnail and preview jpgs) Exiftool is available here (it's cross platform): http://www.sno.phy.queensu.ca/~phil/exiftool/ Cheers Brian ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Brian Walters Western Sydney Australia http://members.westnet.com.au/brianwal/SL/ -- -- http://www.fastmail.fm - Does exactly what it says on the tin -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
