Amen to that.  It is quite common for me to pick an image for the PUG
and then reject it once it is sized down - too much loss of detail.
Perhaps we could suggest 2 sizes, 1 for slow connections and 1 for
fast connections.  We would each submit our current size and 1 more at
a larger size.  The viewer could then click on the one they want to
view.
