Hi, Paul, Bill may have had a "liberal" approach, but if you submitted via AutoPug, no discretion was (or is) allowed. The first time I submitted that way, I think my image was around 77 or 78K, and it was rejected. I re-sized it to right around 75K, and it was accepted.
