I'm certain that the K5 will show  considerably less high ISO noise than the 
K7. However, I find that when exposures are accurate, noise with the k7 isn't 
objectionable up to ISO 800 or even 1600. For some purposes, like concert pics, 
3200 is just fine.

I expect that the K5 will soon be my main camera, with the K7 going to back up.
