for SDM repair just last winter!
This is utter bullshit. I used the lens exactly twice between getting
it fixed and discovering the AF wasn't working, and of course I
discovered the problem after the repair warranty had expired.
No piece of consumer electronics, camera lens or otherwise, should stop
functioning from sitting on a shelf for five months. No piece of
purported *high-end* (I'm assuming that's what the * means, right?
Right.) consumer electronics should EVER perform this badly, ESPECIALLY
not for the same problem twice!
Shame on you, Pentax. Shame on you, too, C.R.I.S. You have both failed
in dramatic fashion.
Do you have a lemon law?
