They look way over-sharpened to my eye.  Maybe the scanning process?

When I pixel peep they don't seem as sharp as I'd hope, but that may have to do 
with the subject matter, and also the fact that it's scanned, as the noise 
looks like digital noise rather than grain.
There's something there that I find bothersome...

And while I'm off topic, I also got the last roll of argus pictures, and there 
are a couple others from burning man I like
