There's an inherent handicap to looking online for photos taken with a particular lens you're interested in buying: Hardly anyone is going to post crappy pictures taken with a particular lens. I've taken some very nice pictures with allegedly mediocre lenses, but I would hope nobody gets into a bidding war on eBay for those lenses based on the select photographs I've posted online. Miserere's Law of Photographic Optics: All lenses are better than 99.9% of photographers. All lenses are good when used within their limits. When buying more expensive lenses all you're doing is pushing these limits further away. --M. -- \/\/o/\/\ --> http://WorldOfMiserere.com http://EnticingTheLight.com A Quest for Photographic Enlightenment -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
