A couple of years ago I ordered a battery grip from them. The shipping to Canada was only $11, and I was told that it would be sent by a special service that Fedex offered, where they would ship the item over the border and then mail it to me. I assumed the border that they were talking about was the Canadian border...but when it arrived it was postmarked Malmo, Sweden!
