First off did you extract the binary from the archive file you
downloaded? (The camera won't know what to do with the Zip file for
example).
If you did that did you put the binary file in the root directory of the
card, (it won't find the file if it's in a subdirectorty).
If you did both those things, then the only things possible are either
software error in your camera;s current firmware or a hardware problems
with your camera's flash memory.
