Alan, Your best bet is a used macro. Consider the Vivitar 90/2.5 (1:2) or the Vivitar 100/2.8 (1:1). The latter in particular is undervalued because almost no one knows that it's the same lens as the Vivitar Series 1 105/2.5 and Kiron 105/2.8. But the 90 provides a more even spread between a 50 and a 135. I just recommended these lenses on my new thread, in which I ask PDMLers which lenses they'd recommend to someone who wanted to build an entire range of PK lenses within a certain budget.
