No, the "Camera Flip" is a different model.
The Stroboframe model I'm thinking of was similar to the the "U-Pro
Rotating Bracket". A little heavy duty Google-foo found that on B&H's
site listed as "No Longer Available"
http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/592410-REG/Stroboframe_310_750_Universal_Professional_U_Pro_Flash.html

The model I'm thinking of preceded the "U-Pro" by some years. My wedding
and portrait instructor has one of the old ones purchased in the mid -
late 70s, and we'd recently been looking for a similar model for one of
the students.
But the "Camera Flip" has the advantage of availability. Although, I
think if you looked diligently, you might find a local independent
dealer somewhere with one of the "U-Pro" brackets sitting on the shelf.
