The usual reason for the PDML list server to reject messages is because
the body of the message is being sent as an attachment, not as inline text.
This often happens because the message contains non-ASCII characters.

Sometimes, though less frequently, it's because an included .signature
is being transmitted as an attachment, rather than the main message body.
