If you don't mind a week's delay, and an emphasis on the UK scene, "Amateur
Photographer" is the one magazine I have kept coming back to.  I have it
delivered here by post, and it normally arrives about a week after the issue
date.

I also used to regularly read the "British Journal of Photography", which is
more oriented to professionals.

I'm thinking of subscribing to a magazine again.  I look at Popphoto and
Shutterbug because I can find them in stores.  I want a magazine that
emphasizes equipment and techniques and not so much a book of pictures
(that's why I have you guys).  Any suggestions?
