Pardon me for pointing at the obviouis. But this aint USA, it is PDML, a multicultural email list. So. There is no THE Constitution here, at least not as I am aware off.
For the record: I'm not atacking the constitution. You Tom, and others may, may practise the constitution as mush as you like, but please don't take it for granted here.
