At home I only grind my own, but in the office, it's a bit inconvenient, especially since I am the only one who drinks espresso.
This is a machine I purchased from illy USA. It takes pre-packaged packets (not exactly pods), but it also takes ground coffee, either pre-ground loose coffee or from beans that you grind yourself. Yes, I agree that it is better to grind fresh beans, and this machine can accomodate that. With a different insert, it also takes the pre-ground cialde from illy. Either way, it is darn good coffee.
