That's probably a matter of better AWB. If I had used a grey card and manually 
set white balance or even just adjusted it in conversion, I think they would 
have had the same color rendering.

The full size files are similar. No noise in the shadows on the K-7 pics. And, 
as I said, the focal point of the house pic is sharper on the K-7 pic -- which 
led me to readjust the focus point for the K-5 and DA* 15-50. I think I had 
missed on that one a bit. Setting focus is tough with the wider lenses. I'm 
going to make a larger target for those lenses. One which extends deeper into 
the foreground and background.
