An interesting, yet probably tangential though here. What if I, being a non-American, "borrow" your work (though I know you would very likely permit me to do so legally, if I ask)? And what if you reciprocate? I mean - the copyright seems to be reasonably understandable concept within the borders of the same jurisdiction. What if it is international?
