Bad news _ I got the blood work from my doctor... Cholesterol went up, etc... so now I'm struggling to be a good girl with diet . a couple of other things looked a bit off so I'm trying not to eat wicked things and will get tested again before the end of the year so it is covered by this years deductable. And I got instructed to get a blood pressure machine .
That's fine, I've been aware of that issue for several years now. Price of living modern life, it seems.
So that Saturday wasnt much fun... since then, I was in a funk for a while.. still am, really, although I'm healed enough now so that I can and have taken long walks .
