I just came from Penn Camera's Rockville, MD store (http://www.penncamera.com). They have a used Mamiya 7 (not 7-II) for $800. It was dark gray. Next to it they had a used Mamiya 180/4.5 lens for $500. I assume the lens goes with the camera. I don't know if these are good prices.
I like to buy used cameras from Penn because their extended warranty is the best deal I've seen. It basically covers you for three years against everything, including carelessness and stupidity, at a bargain price. I can say this because when I damaged my Super Program's lens mount by carelessly removing my M42 adapter, they fixed the camera under extended warranty.
