Nothing offensive. On one occasion they didn't like a side reference to a software product that would stop the stupid dancing, singing, BS advertisements they stick in your face at every turn. On another occasion I have no idea why but they edited out half of my post, removing most of what it meant, because some brilliant moderator felt it was off-topic. Of course, the information edited out was all the factual information which made the evaluation it was relevant to meaningless. I told them to remove my account and I wouldn't bother myself to try to participate there any longer. I have found I don't miss their forums at all. I rarely even look at anything on Photo.net anymore. Their learning resources remain reasonably good, though, if you can stomach the BS advertising spew. -- Godfrey godfreydigiorgi.posterous.com -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
