Hi Igor,
I'm guessing you mean the current EX DG version. Larry probably uses his
more than I do. I am certainly fond of mine, as I know he is of his. Not
super sharp wide open, but it does have a pleasant character to the
glow. By f2.8, its more than sharp enough for me. Ergonomics are fine. I
find the f1.8 and wideness very handy at gigs, especially those pole
dancing ones where unpredictability is about 20% of the thrill, and
boring super sharp shots about zero percent.
That said, my sample came back from the local distributor repair shop
recently for a loose washer hence loose element that made it fuzzy
everywhere. Simple fix, but it was an inconvenience.
