Hi Mick: To my taste, it's too contrasty, with the brightest area of the main tree washed out on my monitor. In addition, I find the shadow running up the centre of the lower part of the trunk distracting. Compositionally it's very good, with the eye drawn into the frame with the strong diagonals.
