If you don't remember the wireless network password, it is stored on your system (you must be doing auto-login) and you can retrieve it by using the 'Keychain Access' utility application. The Airport Express administrator access password should be as well, but if you've lost that you can reset the Airport Express to a known keyword and set a new administrator password for it pretty easily.
