Not necessarily, but they are much larger. That's probably because Pentax hasn't one.
Oddly enough, 4/3 cameras should be much smaller than APS-based ones, but they have never been, aren't and (likely) will not be. Just compare K-5 to Olympus E-5, or Sony EX series to Olympus PEN series.
