Yum indeed!

Happy to have put temptation in your path but I take no responsibility
for any resultant lack of self control....

There seems to be a trend here for bakeries to make all cakes, etc
larger and larger (I blame McDonalds!).  Commercially made Lamingtons
have suffered this fate and some heathens even put raspberry jam in them
- total sacrilege.

A real lamington should be able to be consumed in two bites, three at
most.
