Thanks, Paul. You're correct on all counts. You can live in a pie-shaped apartment with a nice view, have a car parked on one of the garage levels, =and= have your yacht docked in the marina on the lowest level of the building. Thanks to the crummy economy, the apartment will set you back a mere $250K or so for 1 bedroom.
