Sell both and replace them with a $350 DA 55~300.(?) I quickly sold my A 
70~210f/4 after receiving the DA 55~300. In doing so you will have satisfied 
your inventory reducing mood. 
Your age is no excuse to reduce your equipment inventory. You'll realize that
