It looks to me like one of their database tables has been corrupted. Could
be just a hardware fault on the hosting servers. Doesn't look like a hack
to me... but I dunno... been out of the web programming business for too
long now...

Upon the imposition of the 10 image limit, it was implied the reason was
to allow some time to clean up the backlog of images pending review.
From the current sloth like pattern of movement, it appears the system
has been overtaken again.
Maybe this current "mess" was contrived to temporally halt image
submissions without having to divulge their internal control problems.
