Do they ever mention what type of copyright notice was placed on the
photo when he uploaded it to flickr?  I think my flickr account is set
such that everything gets a fairly liberal Creative Commons license
unless I specify something different.  I don't recall hearing about
that in the video and there wasn't anything about it immediately
noticeable on the guy's web site.  While it's nice to jump on the
"hurray for the little guy" band wagon, it would also be nice to know
if screaming guy inadvertently stuck a please-steal-my-photo license
on it.
