Mr Pentax no e-mail address is available from your site. If your lurking in the background pls read.....
For those that need it pls bring out a mzs - 1 with a super fast focus sytem with a shutter speed of 5-8 frames per second even if you need to use a power pack that fits on the bottom of camera to enhance the fps. We also need it to be fully sealed from dust and water resistant to rain drops and a faster quieter super film rewinder. For those that have committed to Pentax its up to Pentax to commmit to us even if such a camera could be worth $1800 US or $2000 US. Not lots can or will afford it but the model could be available for a strategic 5-8 year plan and the option is there for those that want such a camera in which at the moment its not. We need the faster fps to capture those fast action shots either in sport or wildlife photography. An auto focus 80- 200 F2.8 zoom with normal focus (no internal auto focus) would also be a bonus and its price tag will not be as high as the current internal focus lense (similar to the current 2 touch Nikon). Its about choice here and honouring the Pentax users with what some of us might need. Another idea and it will be available within time is to bring out a mzs- fd1 This will be the updated slr mentioned above with a function that lets the user use the camera in digital mode. The choice here would be 2 you either use it as a digital camera or load a film and use it as a normal slr. Mr Pentax if your not lurking I will still keep on dreaming. A serious camera for a serious user.. NB you may reply as you wish but pls respect the fact of this e-mail intended to help and reward us users with a fine unit if one would exist. It would be amazing to shoot a roll of film of a wedge tail eagle diving, attacking and carrying away its prey in a quick 3-4 seconds with a full roll of 24 shot in witness of this attack :) The event could be Absolutely Amazing..
