I realize that Pentax-A lenses are sought after more than Pentax-M lenses, but I just sold a Pentax-A 28mm f2.8 in order to get a Pentax-M 28mm f3.5. As a bonus, I'm also getting a K1000 w/Pentax-M f2.0 and the Kiron-made Vivitar 70-150mm f3.5 (for the price of the A lens). What can I say? I'm a bottom-feeder.
I did not realize until just now that the Kiron zoom is pretty highly regarded. http://photo.net/pentax-camera-forum/00OzXW I still want the 8 element 28mm f3.5 SMC K lens, to compare, but the M version will have to do me until I find one, and it seems to be more highly regarded than the A 2.8: http://www.pentaxforums.com/lensreviews/SMC-Pentax-M-28mm-F3.5-Lens.html -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
