You can choose what function to bracket in the menus. I don't have my camera 
with me at the moment, so I can't recall exactly where that is, but it's there. 
A bit obscure if I recall. The menu item isn't directly related to bracketing, 
but it has to do with setting a priority for f-stop differentiation.
