Exercise, eat right, eschew alcohol and tobacco, die anyway.  Sad but
not surprising.  I've had a lot, or so it seams,  of younger, (in their
30's, 40's and 50's), friends die recently.


My personal theory is that you are born with a certain allocation of running miles. That's all you get. When you've used them all up, you're gone.

I'm hoarding whatever I might have left until I really need 'em.
