The "reset" switch does not release the mirror lockup on my 6x7. I
can only return the mirror by taking a picture. Pentax may have
modified the design on future models.

When I press the reset switch the mirror will only come down when
the shutter release is pressed, and the shutter activates at the same
time. What shutter speed is used I don't know (maybe 1/1000) but it
certainly isn't the speed on the dial (I tried it at 1 second).
