Prop speed is probably around 2000 rpm so 3/100 should get you pretty close to a complete circle for the blades.

I prefer this one.

I'd have liked to have seen some more motion of the propeller and I
notice that the camera chose 1/6400 sec for the exposure. I wonder how
slow the shutter speed would have to be to get propeller motion while
still being able to pan for sharpness of the plane itself.  I had a
similar issue with the helicopter photos I posted about a year ago.
Seems difficult!
