Thanks Bob and Christine. Nearly all of the photos I've posted to Flickr since May 5th have come out of the GXR. I'm finding it a very useful compact camera which produces great results. I've expanded it more than I'd originally planned already, and am waiting for the M-Lens camera module now (have a Voigtländer Skopar 50mm f/2.5 all ready to fit to it ... :-).
This configuration ... camera, 28mm EFL module and optical finder ... so far has been my base kit: http://homepage.mac.com/godders/ricoh-gxr-a12_28.jpg I love using it with the simple optical finder so much that I've got a Leica 5cm finder coming to use with the A12 50mm EFL module, and already have a Voigtländer 75mm finder to use with the 50mm Skopar when the camera module for it arrives.
