Things went pretty well as planned. I installed the 128gb SSD into my computer and plugged it into a spare port. There was a power lead right where I needed it, so that was nice.
I started Windows and went into the disc manager and started the disc.
I downloaded the Acronis software and cloned my C drive over to the new drive, then went into the bios and told the computer to boot off of the new drive. Everything wend swimmingly, and as an unexpected bonus, the drive letters changed themselves, with my old 64gb drive now drive I, and the new 128gb drive working as C.
Life is good, and I'll tell Photoshop it has a new swap drive.

Thanks all for the good advice.
