Depends. I haven't read the article but it is good news if they believe in the brand and plan to strengthen and continue it, and bad news if they suck out the patents and dump the shell. And please, no name change. Don't call it Ricoh Pentax and then sell it to some giant looking to buy market shares who subsequently renames it to Yamaha or whatever...
