Well, one always is -- when it's your stuff...  at least I always am..
but you have a great gallery of shots here so stop whining :-)

Once enough time has gone by you will start looking at that collection for itself and not for those almost ones "if only the light had been better, if I"d been in that spot instead of this spot, if , if, if.

 Steve Desjardins mentioned how
sunny it was, but that's an illusion created by very selective
shooting: It was gray and fairly bleak for most of the time. Picking
the one patch of blue sky for a background was the best shooting
option in many cases. Travel photography is frustratingly difficult
because you don't get to keep returning to a spot to get the right
weather and light.
