Welcome :) You can use all your lenses on all digital SLR bodies with a proper adapter (if they are of the M42 screw mount type). Type K and M lenses are slightly impractical to use; A, FA and FAJ ones are perfect fits! I guess a used K20D might offer the best price/performance ratio but I'm sure other suggestions will also be made ;)
You can also continue shooting film; I do, nothing is wrong about it...
