K10D is probably the best used body for the most reasonable price. I
expect that all your lenses will mount unless you have some PK/R lenses
made by Ricoh. They can jam solid on Pentax AF bodies so unless they're
something special I'd use them for large caliber rifle practice. Three
are also certain older Vivitar lenses which have a protruding flange
that interferes with them mounting, (which can be easily removed).
With the film cameras all is not lost, you can still sell LX cameras on
e-bay for $3-4 hundred dollars, the K1000 if it's clean can fetch up to
$250, {sell it when a new college semester is starting, a lot of schools
still teach beginning photography with film), and students are desperate
for good quality slrs for their first photography course. The old screw
mounts you'll probably not get more than $10 to $35 dollars for unless
they're something particularly collectable.

Sorry I've been away so long, I bought a small boat, then got some

Anyway, what do you do with an LX system? Seems obsolete and nobody
would buy one anyway, not
to mention my K1000, 4 Spotties, and a Super P. Guess they just
collect dust. I am still pissed
about film going away and have not gotten a Pentax Digital SLR yet,
but am now considering it so
I can still use my lenses. Hope they have a body that will accept my
lenses. Any suggestions on
which used body to look for?
Thanks,
