It's amazing that it's almost been a full year already. I'm thinking of things I can do on the 4th of September to mark the occasion. One thought is to ride my road bike out to the Greendale fault as it's within riding distance. I'd bought that bike on Friday September 3 and was looking forward to taking it for its first ride the following morning. I don't remember if it was one week or two before I actually got to do that ride. Good to hear it's cooled down a bit over there.
