Michelle, You need an adapter to put in the camera hotshoe. If it is a PZ series then you don't need the popup version - the hotshoe F will do. If the hotshoe is on top of the prism and you want to use the popup flash plus off-camera flash then you need the hotshoe FG otherwise the F will do. For the flash itself - if it is a FTZ500 then it has a connector built in and you don't really need another adapter. For any other dedicated flash, you will need another hotshoe F - you can get it with a tripod mount or just regular if you are going to mount it some other way. Lastly you will need a cord to go between the adapters - F5P in either 3 or 9.5 foot lengths.
