Hmmm, as Bill says ' or something'. Try converting them to something different before uploading them to Youtube. Like a Quicktime Movie. Use Mpeg Streamclip if you don't have any conversion software. <http://www.squared5.com/> What type of file does the camera output the video as? Proprietary, I'll bet. When you upload to Youtube, their encoding software churns it into MP4 files, probably not happy with the uploaded file, hence the clicking.
