Certain security measures were taken against a resource-exhaustion
attack in late August/early September.
While this is not supposed to break most browsers, if you have some
add-on (or malware, or extremely old brower) in your browser that
results in a longer request size, you may get an error.
I just weakened the restrictions slightly. I hope, that should eliminate
the problem for you (and somebody else who observed it earlier in
September)
If you or anybody else still accounts the problem ("Bad request"),
please to go to http://pug.komkon.org/prob.php immediately after seeing the
problem, and write me an e-mail (off the list) with the output of that
page (your IP address as seen by the server, so that I can lookup IP of
the request in the logs, and trace the rest).
