I think I got one in for October.
The reply says "Please submit your photo by the last day of the month
prior to the gallery you wish your image to appear in."
But also says "Thank you - your PUG submission has been sent. You should
receive a confirmation email within 24 hours", so it looks like the
window hadn't bee closed yet.
I apologize for waiting beyond the last minute to submit it.
