I suspect that set-up is a fake, mainly because it uses a Spotmatic Motor Drive bottom plate rather than the KM/KX Motor Drive bottom plate. On the KX/KM the bottom plate has a bevel on it and the words "MOTOR DRIVE" are on the back, while the Spotmatic plate has flat sides and MOTOR DRIVE engraved on the front. The Spotmatic and K1000/KM/KX are so similar that it would probably be a very easy job for any competent camera tech to swap the parts over. In addition, the actual motor drive unit on the camera is the MD 1, (model 70001) which was used with the Spotmatic and Spotmatic II. By the time the K bodies came around it had already been superseded by the MDII (model 70054) and the K1000 was introduced after the KM/KX so it seems unlikely that any "special order" K1000 Motor Drive unit would use anything other than the currently available parts.
