Thanks Kenneth, and Chris, Larry, Tim and Dave. I did try to avoid the shadows but I´m not that good at lighting and I need some contrast between the flower and the background. Either the background is grey or the flower has to be slightly gray to be visible against the background, or I would have to find some way to trace the contours. And I haven´t found that yet. :-)
